3. Tools  – Forecasting and Billing

Our technology expert along with the business experts have developed a basic CIS system to allow start up suppliers to perform seamless enrollments, billing, broker management and accounting management.  In addition, CGA has worked with clients to provide forecasting tools to help meet their business requirements to maximize internal development. The business requirements allowed the supplier to design and develop their forecasting tools, function at reduced overhead costs and expedite time to implementation. 

4. Energy Marketing

CGA helped Torch Energy to successfully delivered large scale, residential, mid-market and C&I sales programs nationwide.  CGA was keyed for  the development of a disruptive platform in the energy retail industry by adopting key business requirements that allow TES to have a smeless solution focused on consumer value.   "Name your own Electricty Price"

5. Non-For Profit Projects and Leadership

CGA's Principal has extensive leadership Board level experience in multiple
organizations.  Her leadership has helped organizations to create and
expand programs such as sustainability gardens in public schools in Boston and Houston. She lead volunteering activity and management to support the
Harvey disaster working with Point of Light, Red Cross, Volunteer Houston and other key organizations to provide immediate disaster relief.  CGA has
provided guidance to improve operational efficiencies and lead programs to
increase fundraising success.  Over the years, Amy's consultation and leadership has helped raised and distribute over $20 million for hundreds of organizations.
